Schroeder's is Y2K compliant.
This month Schroeder's successfully completed paying off the three acre parcel in Vavenby, British Columbia, Canada. The property was purchased for investment and will be developed for RV parking / camping. There are also plans to construct a small cottage near the pond at the rear of the property as a bed and breakfast to be affectionately named "Tucked Inn". The property carries the historic name of Adams Hill and Lover's Lane.
The permits have been pulled for power and the pole purchased.
A computer has been acquired and configured to speak the Bible audibly and perpetually. It is to be installed to power large landscape rocks on the new property as well as locally at Schroeder's Piano Shop.
Editing has been completed on the first edition of The River-Bed and Generation 'X' a short autobiography by Vern Dugan.
Schroeder's Publishing and Don Stoner have purchased the unsold stock of the second edition of A New Look at an Old Earth from Harvest House Publishing.

Work continues on Alin Hills new CD to be released soon.
Schroeder's has acquired the small house at the north end of the piano shop for use as Schroeder's Music School as well as guest housing, kitchen facilities for Schroeder's and includes additional space to host Schroeders Media Productions (featuring non linear video editing) and Raja Sakar's, Nations Vision Productions (Cinema and video productions for India). The rehabilitation work on the exterior of the house has been completed and the work on the interior is to begin immediately. We are hopeful to add north facing windows and landscaping to improve the piano shops visibility facing north.
This month improvement continues on the gates and to improve storage areas at the south end of the piano shop property.
U.S. Piano will be established on the internet this month, boasting an unprecedented 1,100 available pianos. U.S. Pianos is expected to increase that number to over 10,000 instruments for sale. Check it out at uspiano.com.

Schroeder's Bible Broadcasting continues to search for opportunities to purchases radio stations and time to broadcast the Bible verbally and perpetually. We presently have several offerings for support and have contacted a radio station broker.

Firming up plans to travel to the Philippines. At Mark and Fredda's invitation Steve will repair pianos and share at a few of the fifty plus churches planted in recent years.

August 25th is Ed and Wanda Schroeder's 50th
wedding anniversary! They have asked that we not do
the normal celebration because dad is recovering from eye surgery.
Instead they have asked for us to bring a few willing hands to help with
small projects for a few days around their property in Meadview.
